What does Bio-linking your armor mean?

It basically personalises it.. in the sense that once bio-linked to player John Doe, then only John Doe can wear it.

Bio-Linking was added when ROTW came out It will place your name on that armor forever no one will ever be able to equip it but you again you can still drop the armor anywere For armor it cost factional points to bio link 7.7k Exactly for a suit of factional armor Clone Trooper armor doesnt require anything to bio link it THis also is with some new quest reward weapons

I just recentley looted a CA that had augmentation efficiency plus 11. What does augmentation efficiency mean?

its a doctors skill i believe the buff that increases healkth and infusion are augmentations
