Armorsmith Archive
Thread: List of factory produced armors that occasionally come out in the right color.
Edit again: More updates. This time around, I have had success with white base padded with black paddings (it even looks good too
and I will test some more combinations with padded.

Ubese: Black ubese bracers and leggings work. Jackets and helmets do not.
Bone: Chest plates, helmets, and leggings do not work.

I've had no problem with padded chest plates comming out black as I intended. I am distubed at the pink colo Marauder legs come out when you leave it set to the default colors.
Fixed my post regarding black padded chest plates. I realized I always make these by hand in various black/other color combos so people could use them with the black arms and legs to customize their suit just a bit.
White composite seems to be all right, and white ubese is reputedly working too.
I tried to make some black ubese boots, white/red padded boots and red composite boots - these all failed and I didn't retry..
We have finally identified the cause of this bug.
In certain cases some types of crafting data was being "lost" in the
process: and this impacts the armorsmiths and tailoring the most (but I
wouldn't be surprised if it hasn't been causing a few other oddball
crafting problems here and there as well).
We're planning on a hotfix to be delivered to you between publish 21 and publish 22.
