The components made by a master artisan, do their stats matter in making the PSG? I have heard it both ways (they do or they don't), but i wanted to make sure. In making PSGs, what components/resources actually affect the outcome? Thanks a bunch!

Only the final combine with your experimentation matters.

The stats on subcomponents don't matter. Not the master artisan ones, not the armorsmith ones. Only the resources used in the final combine affect stats.
