With segments, as you know, can take up to three or four layers. My question is if I used four Primus layers in one segment does that mean its four time more effective or is it a waste and I should just use one?

One other question on Layers. I crafted a Primus Layer with +37 Kinetic and Energy -38 on the others. How does this translate into the finally product?
