first who maked bio mechanicalk components?

second where can i get armour appearance upgrades?

i am a 12 point as with ris cert i would like to add more than the feathered segments and unable to find the other upgrades :-(

There are currently two appearance enhancers (that don't change appearance at all). You can make the feathered appearance enhancer after you complete the RIS quest. It uses a peko peko albatross feather and adds a health bonus, which is currently broken. The interwoven appearance enhancer (something like that) is dropped by the acklay at the end of the Geonosian Caves on Yavin. It adds a health bonus, also broken. No one knows what the biological-mechanical cartridge is.
