Thread: 6245 for all stats?

I just saw a bone armor chest plate with 6245 for all stats, kinetic, energy and base/specials. I thought this wasnt possible? Is it a bugged piece? Converted pre-cu piece? Or how is this done.

hmmm... possibly used some primus layers with some special protection layers...

Probably sliced. Check the hindrances. If they're above 40 percent, it was sliced before Publish 20. The description may not say that it was sliced any more.

AHHH. Sliced it was then. Hinderance was 41 or 42 something. Thanks for the info! Thought I was seeing things for a minute.
