Hello,
Well deciding to make energy layers as I usually only make primus layered cores, and wondering what a good run is as I made the layer and it capped onscreen right away at :
-25 kinetic / +24 Energy
What are good stats gonna be on these layers at this stage ?

just look around and read stickies help also.
