why? assuming the latest exp display bug is fixed we're back to our old post cu 'normal'. i had no problem capping armor with layers in then despite the glitch. jsut gotta add that to the "going to have to live with it" list

Looted cores have crap stats. Don't be afraid to go harvest your own resources. Yes, it will take months. Boo hoo.
