Thread: -60% Hinderance?

I just made some Rebel Assault armor which were all capped unlayered. The hinderance on these pieces came to:


Base

Movement -60.0%

Accuracy -40.0%

Rate of Fire -20.0%


Is this right? I didn't think hinderence got up to 60%.

It's right. That 60 percent can be mitigated at master.
