I'm a Rodian, so HAM costs are HUGE to me hehe
I recently aquired about 30 Krayt Segments, ranging from 31% to 42%.
Using these, what kind of comp armor could I get?
Best sliced set I've had is about 350 HAM (which still kinda hurts my mind :/, and stinks only having 63% base)
Thanks

if it is for pve you need 90% kinetic
get some high base stuff and slice it up
just go to a ID and get your stats mitigated all to max mind. Use some food and drinks.
If you can get by on 80% kinetic get some effectiveness sliced light comp, not really much you can do other than that (krayt stuff will be considerably lighter if you can get the segs)

Kadgarth, try wearing only the Helm, Chest, Boots and gloves. You really don't need krayt segments. If you are able to find an AS that can make ultralights sliced. The I have made full sets of 80% kinetic armor with HAM below 300 mind. It's all in the mass production and slicing to get the best ones. Anyways on my 4-pc ultralight i can get the HAM in the 200 ranges.

Krayt Segments are excellent for low HAM armour if they have good base stats. I'm able to make 71% Armour with crafted 35% segments, so if you have a 42% segment for example that'll come out as 77% Base before slicing and with pretty low HAM (equivalent to segments with 0/0/0 HAM).
Also it means that every resist (including Electric I think, but excluding Stun and Lightsabre) is slicable - good or bad depending upon what you want it for and what slice you get

Oh and on the note of being a Rodian, with the correct foods you shouldn't have a mind problem. I've used my Rodian character as a rifleman with 'heavy' stun composite and not had a problem using 2x Brandy and 2x Ahrisa.
