Kettemoor resources have always been pretty good and i have a decent store of some that an armorsmith could use if he needs REALLY good ones, but here's my question:

What will i need to get 80% or near it pre-slice RIS if i don't use an interwovenRIS schem?

I have:

7% ns layers

4% janta hide

with these is it possible to get an 80ish RIS helm, chest, and leggings or do i need to buy an interwoven schem if i want that?

I think to acheive a base that high, interwooven is needed, you're looking at 60ish base right now.

You need an interwoven schem. I easily pump out dozens of 80 base/80 kin pieces for sale. 3 3%/14% kinetic layers, 4% janta hide, 4% yellow cubes. Max base then spec on ur segs. Easy as pie (you also need 12 points to do my method).

Unless you use some exceptional loot I cant see hitting 80 kin/80 base to non interwoven.

My guess is you would need 2 3/13 kin layers and an exceptional janta or rancor hide - 10% base minimum.

Even then its sketchy if you can hit 80s. Id be patient and wait for an acklay schem.

you may be about to do it, if you point all your points in the segment on base effect using your ns layers and one uber janta hide or rancor hide. however your kinetic % will be really low

highest i have it with 2 layers is 80% kinetic, heat, cold and75% base with 2 3/14 kinetic layers and 1 7% base rancor hide.

but what would i need to get 80% without an interwoven schem?

Basically, you will want your segment to have 42ish kin and 42ish base (this is with ahazi resources, so it probably swings a few pionts in one direction or the other with your resources) to get 80/80. It is much easier to do this with interwoven. I'd guess a rare 10% rancor hide and/or a very high base NS layer (like 15+) along with a 14k/3b crafted kin layer might be able to do it on non-interwoven.
