Now, I did a factory run of these, and produced 11, one for each core. Why does it keep doing this??? I've been told that I could have to many ingredients, or that I need to pick up and re-place my factory.

You have to move the subcomponents you already made from the output hopper to the input hopper.

Also, every new factory schematic you make gets a new serial that carries over to the items produced with that schematic. If you put subcomponents into a new schematic, the serial of the subcomponents used gets coded into the factory schematic for the final product. You cannot handcraft subcomponent A and use it in a factory schem and then make a run of As and expect them to work in the schematic you made using the handcrafted A.

Example (Im a medical crafter): To make a Stim-D, I need 2 Advanced Biological Effect Controllers. So I need to make a run of 1000 ABECs, use 2 of them in the factory schematic for my Stim-D run, and put the remaining 998 together with other ingredients into the factory to get 499 Stim-Ds. I cannot craft 2 ABECs, make a Stim-D schematic, and use the run of 1000 ABECs I made as ingredients for my Stim-Ds to get 500 Stim-Ds.

Thats the answer!!! Thats what I did. I hand crafted the schematic for the Segment and use factory produced segments in the run.

Its all working now. Thanks for your help.

Now, if only I can find a way of getting good AS XP...
