What does the option "Dismantle Bounty Hunter Armor" do if I click on it from a radial menu?

assuming this is pre cu looted bh armour-- it will change it into non wearable bh armour ready fo crafting into mandolorian.

Give it a minute...all the people that deal with this will be on later. I haven't done it before, but I'm assuming that it is a pre-CU piece or looted from a black sun (not one of the new schematics). Breaking it down allows it to be used in making Mandalorian armor, but it is no longer wearable as BH armor.

It will change the status of you BH Armor.
Pre CUlooted BH Armor pieces allgot converted to Crafted BH Armor - not to be confused with the new BH armor loot.
The Pre-CUarmor has "crafted" in the name butno crafter name, lousy resists, has condition, is wearable and when you examine it, it specifically says it can't be used for Mando (can't be used to open the crafting room doors in the DWB).
when you dismantle it, it gets converted to post-CU looted BH Armor (same one you get from Black Suns)
The newly dismantled BH armorhas no "crafted" in the name, no crafter name, no resists, nocondition,is no longer wearable and when you examine it, it says it can be used to craft mando (can be used to open crafting room doors in the DWB).
If I were you, I'd just hold on to the "crafted" pieces until you're ready to hit the DWB.
Once dismantled, you can't even wear it...
You can always dismantleit in front of the DWB before heading inside.
