doesn't work

the Mando schematics are certified for the profession that crafted them (ie. MDE for helmet) so the AS can't learn them. I guess we'll have to wait until they fix that, and it goes live

I've got a chestplate I'll be converting in about...30 min, when my cores finish cooking.

It's the exact same requirements as it is now, i.e:

Helm: DE
Chestplate: AS

Etc Etc.

OK! Here's our crafting process for Mando. Step 1 will be ONLY for existing Mando. The steps after that will be for every piece of Mandalorian armor crafted in the future.

NOTE: In order to expediate this and get screenies of the process to you quicker, I used crap resources, no layers and basic segs/cores.

Step 1) Bring up the radial dial and select "Break down Mandalorian Armor." Click ok on the following box that pops up and you will recieve a schematic for a "Mandalorian Armor (Insert piece) Appearance."

Step 2) Just like in the original way of crafting, find the appropriate crafter for the piece and give them the schematic AND CRAFTED ASSAULT CORES. It's very important that you remember the cores. Right click the schematic and select "Learn Schematic"

Step 3) Using an Armor crafting tool and station, select the correct schematic for the Mandalorian piece, shown here.

There appears to be slots for: 1 "Feathered appearance enhancer", 1 "Appearance Enhancer" and 1 "Bio-effect" Controller. Nothing I had in my inventory or stores fit these slots.

Experimentation process:

Step 4) Once you've finished the Experimentation process, it's on to the coloring!

Lookit all the pretty colors, guys!

I will guess the new Mando process works as follows:

You get all your parts, go to the forge. Instead of spitting out your Mando piece, it spits out the schematic. Then you follow steps 2-4 and you get your Mando.

And, that's pretty much the process there. Don't freak on the stats, as I said, to expediate the process, I used the most basic stuff I could. Commentses?

I guess now we just have to see if the DWB is actually manageable post CU so we can make more mando.

Which experimentation points does it use? Ie a DE crafting the armor will use DE experimentation points? Not that it matters that much between 10 and 12 points now, but added condition will probably be nice on mandalorian pieces.. (not that anyone will wear them in combat.. (I hope!))

Ah. Yes, thats the way the Schematics are made... but every single appearance schematic should be learnable by a master armoursmith. otherwise you'll need2 seperate people to craft the armour. a MDE/MAS, and a MTailor/MAS. and how many MDE/MAS do you know?
