80% kinetic and 80% base, 64/59/197 HAM

Think i way overdid the RIS Segment lol, it was 49%base, 45% kinetic. Should have put some more point in HAM reduction

Oh one more thing, thank you Iglo for finding the three 18% Nightsister Armor Layers for 2700cr each (or was it 2700cr for all 3?) on the bazaar 
Gonna save the other 2 in caseI loot more GDK scales
