What is the best armor for Kinetic protection. It must also have the lowest possible HAM costs. I am currently using 78-80% ubese. Was wondering if there is anything better (chitin or even bone armor possibly). Basically I am looking for ~70%+ kinetic protection with the lowest possible HAM costs. Thanks in advance.
