My server hasn't seen any of this stuff for over two months! Does anyone know how what is being spawned is determined? Is it random, or does a dev decide what the economy needs?Neutronium is rare, Cubirian is rare, but I don't seem to have a problem locating Neutronium.. in vendors.

I appreceate that some resources are more rare than others, but this is getting ridiculous! It isn't like Advanced Padded Armour is R.I.S. or anything.

Anyway if anyone has any info about how the resources that shift in get determined it would be appreceated.
