Thread: in need of help with armor carfting

i have yet to craft any armor with the new system.what have you found to be the best to get the most out of the armor?should i use the max amount of layers?if so what layers are you useing?is the advanced cores better to use than the basic/standard or is there not that much of an advantage useing the advanced.thanks for the help and your time

Layers depend on what you will be using the armor for, I would say in most cases it's not worth the cost/trouble to add them but kinetic layers for grinding or energy layers for jedi hunting for example might be interesting.
Advanced cores are the only you will ever make I think, perhaps lower levels by special order. Once someone has reached master combat there is no reason to ever use anything other than advanced.
