Quick question... Do segments and cores need to be identical during the crafting process? For example, when crafting an Advanced Assualt Core, do the three segments that you put in have to be identical, or can they each be different? After that, if you were to craft a chest piece, do the three cores you put in there have to be identical?

I'm just asking this so that I know what's the minimum size stack of loot enhancers you would need for crafting advanced armor. Thanks.

Advanced cores require three segments, but because they are separate slots, you can theoretically use three separate segments to make a core. You must maintain factory-identical segments for each individual slot though (ie, you can use three separate runs of 1000 segments to create a run of 999 advanced cores).

Appearances (chestplate, helmet, etc) require factory-identical cores.
