Sure its not the best but atleaste its something, and sure its expensive, but rightfully so. So maybe the AS community could fill us in on the component list so us wooks can search this stuff out and bring it to you. Thanks

A lot of armorsmiths don't like people bringing them materials to craft armor, and will still charge heavily for it. The reason for it is all the subcomponents. From where you're looking, you may expect a piece of armor to be done easily, but that's really not the case with advanced armor. Here, we have 2 sub components not counting the layers or the actual segment. Because of that, very few armorsmiths will make your armor if you bring the materials.
If you're wanting to get armor cheaper, you may wish to strike a deal with an armorsmith to bring heavy amounts of various components, and to have a set price they buy the stuff for. In my case, I have a ranger (I'm also one) hunting for the organic parts for this armor. I am giving him a suit for very cheap due to him doing this for me. That's probably your best bet with an armorsmith, doubtful any will make it if you bring them the items.
Sorry, I suggest /telling an armorsmith that you would like some armor, and see if you can trade your services for theirs...that way both end up stronger in the end.
