Bring armor cap down for all armors except RIS and Mando and BH armor to some where around 75%-80%? Makes other proffesions without stun type weapons possible in PvP. Make it a total nerf, all current armor is downgraded. This will also make RIS and Mando and BH armor a thing to strive for. 90% armor for a carbineer like me, it makes it impossible to bring someones 4k HAM bars down. Please feel free to add any ideas you have.
