Guys I have a ton of Armor Shards from the nightsisters, some sets of 9, 4, and 11 al identical . I want to hire an Armor smith to build me some uber stun/energy resist armor.
How many shards can go into one piece? In other words... Can i use 3 shards on the chest plate, 3 on the headpiece, etc, etc,....
Any input will be greatly appreciated... thanks guys and gals!

NS layers are segment enhacers, so only 1 shard can be used per segment. A chest plate uses 4 segments, so you would be using 4 per chest, 3 per helm, 3 per pants, 2 per arm and boot, and 1 for the gloves. Sets have to be used to make the segments too. All the segments have to have the same serial number to make each piece.

I think thats enough (have to do the math but not the point of this post). You want to maximize the shards usage, for instance:
The shards with best negative Health HAM for the chest (5 identical)
The shards with best negativeAction HAM for the legs (4 identical)
The shards with best negativeMind HAM for the Helmet (4 identical)
The other pieces don't really matter as the HAM costs are fairly even. (3 identical each piece, I may be wrong on the foot armor, I forget)
