I have been running through the Armorsmith forums and all I can find is the cap on unlayered. I was wondering if somone could give me an answer with this post. Thankyou and if you don't know the cap, state the highest Protection you've seen on RIS armor.. mine is 6861/6861/5923.
I appreciate your responses.

By the way..... what you have there is Primus-layered RIS with one of the old slices (not the new smuggler slices).
As the previous poster said... 7200 is the MAX energy on energy layered RIS (or any battle armor, for that matter). Although 7200 is theoretically possible, you would need all your layer resources to have 1000 OQ and 1000 SR (or... the "perfect" cap on the SR, depending on the resource). It is more likely that a particular server's best possible energy would be in the low-mid 7100's, somewhere around 7130-7150.
