Im 2 boxes away from master and would like to know what I need to gather to make composite,That way I can get ahead start on gathering materials.

I don't know, but either try finding a Master Armorsmith in game or try going to a SWG fan site and see if it has information on armor.

try swgcraft.com, they have the schemas and list necessary resources for almost everything

What are Night Sister armour shards for recon armour with +15 health bonus worth?

untill they fix the health bonus bug , not a lot, they are useless untill fix.
