Can someone explain how to biolink rebel faction armor quick? Sorry if in sticky, but not mentioned in any titles and searched 16 pages before just posting this.

I have customers buying saying they cant bio link it and wear it.

example: novice cm, rebel, combatant, spend faction to bio link but wont let them wear rebel battle armor

If someone could just give quick summary because I have not done this myself but understood it was very simple.
