What is the best base effectiveness you can get on layers? especially on stun layers?

I am trying ot figure out how to get really high base effectivenesses on some layers. Thanks

Layers:

Base Protection maximum is 5%

Special Protection Maximum is 15%

Do not stop experimenting if you have a 4% layer and still some room left to experiment. 80% and 87% will both read as 4% base, but the effects are very different.

80% = 4% base layer X 3 layers = 12 more base resists

87% = 4.35% base layer X 3 layers = 13.05 more base resists

94% = 4.7% base layer X 3 layers = 14.01 more base resists

Also, the decimal values will carry over to your segment and get added into it.

Yes, I believe all layers have these maximums.
