Thread: Compoosite should be hardest armor to make & AS Needs an armor for each Damage type.

Some thoughts:
Comp should be harder to make period. Its argueably the easiest at this point due to the low amount of organic materials involved. I'd Also like to see it given another vunerability just to make things more interesting.
Help padded! Make it Acid or Heat protection. Make it lighter for goodness sakes!
Wouldnt it be fun to make armor other than Composite and Ubese. That would make armorsmiths take up a specialty and instead of everyone making the same stuff. Personally I focus on Padded and Chitin just give people out there an option. Unfortunetly there has never been a decent spawn of Cubirian steel on bria but oh well. What really irriates me is Ill be in the starporst advertising my chitin. Latest batch is 61% 316/306/493 ham. With 19% secondaries and I get tons of tells asking me to make Composite, which I dont get because every armor shop on the map has Comp and Ubese.
They are Revamping DE and already Revamped chef. I think its time they threw us some love. Stat shifting is killing me! I want my tantel helm with 30% effect and effect slices into the 40s. Is that too much to ask? Why not give us the Marauder armor schematic?
Heres another thing that bugs me. Newbs when they first start out almost always buy bone armor, they are running around in full bone armor fighting Butterflies in which there armor is doing absolutely nothing. Bone needs kinetic defense even if very low OR make ADVANCED bone have Kinetic defense. Anyways Bria server went down today and I figured it was a good time to rant.

Hey i have a request for you kolhart. When and if they fix padded rancor segments what would be the result you think on using the padded segments in padded armor?
I have enough of these segments and fambaa segements to make three or four sets of padded. Can you give me some idea of what the result of thier use would be?

Ive seen rancor with 27% base as well as Heat and Cold special resist at 17% so not only will it be ton easier to make padded, it will eliminate two vunerabilities and I dare say if it work armorsmith would prob use rancor padded segments over regular ones. Not sure but most likely. You need a butt load of yav wooly hide to crank out advanced padded segments. And there are thousands of rancors going down constantly on every server. Fambaa add cold protect and again make it easier for making padded although its nothing special using Fambaa. I do buy them though for a 1k each in bria msg Kolias if you have some.
