I have two questions about the bonus you get from a city which has the rank of a research outpost:

1. What exactly is this bonus
2. Do I have to be citizen of this town to use it

Does anyone know?

1. Better chance of getting amazing experimentations and lower chances of getting critical fails on experimentation. "Better results."

2. No. You only have to be crafting in teh city to get the bonus.
