Hi there just popped in from the ranger forum to say hello and ask a couple of questions betraying my lack of knowledge in your profession 8)

Are voritor armour segments worth anything to armoursmiths or are the only used in bone armour? What other mob loot drops do u guys use please?

What are the Imp psg schematics going for ? (im doing a spring clean of my house on eclipse and having a clear out of that and a few other things)

What resources are currently in demand?

Im also after some decent high level comp now ive managed to save a bit of money and ive allocated 800k to spend on this so if anyone would be able to help me outplease leave message or ingame name , saving me running all over the planet to vendors that are empty or full of rubbish.

Sorry also meant to ask what is a Heavy clasp, i had one dropped off an npc and presume its used in tailoring or aroursmith and if its worth anything

With the exception of the nightsister stuff, most of the loot drops are rather useless sad to say. I can make better comp with advanced segments than with anything below about a 30% krayt seg. Most of the other stuff is for padded and other armors, which are basicly specialty items. Almost everyone wears comp. Makes my job easier, I have enough trouble keeping high quality comp resources and layer materials, the only other thing I bother with is Ubese when someone asks nicely. Padded is a waste of resources better used in comp, tantel suddenly becomes vulnerable to that FWG5 that you are being shot with, and chitin is a worse form of Ubese in almost all cases.

The PSG's are pretty neat, but they still have the shifting stats and the not working all the time. Contact a local smith, prices are server dependant obviously.

800k should get you some very nice armor, again this is server dependant.

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.
