where can I get this schematic and waht quests do I have to do ?

You have to be imp to do the quest. A doc npc gives it at the dant imp starport. Takes the same ingrediants as MK3s. Just lasts a lot longer. You can use the temporary schematic 5 times. Well worth it!

Is the quest a combat quest? or a crafting quest? Need to decide do I send my Fighter or my crafter.....

It has a little bit of combat but its easy NPC's. The NPC that givesthequestis Xaan inside the building with the recruiter in front of it.
