I just made this suit for a rifleman at his request and i was wondering what you all thought of it
59%elect/51% base...total HAM cost unsliced is 331/155/324

I am not trying to be negative but you ask what we think
I think that with that encum, you should have been able to get HAM down a little, I am guessing that you didnt make this interwoven, even then you should have been able to get it lighter or better resists
but it is fun to make RIS so all is good right?

ya that suit above is nice, a little higher base would be better, I am guessing NS layers/shards looking at the action

Pilgrim i don't believe hes talking about RIS. The special is electricity, leading me to beileve this is a suit of composite armor. in which case I would say isn't bad at all

yea it is comp armor...sorry about that...lol...and yea it was made with probably around 60-70 NS layers and shards and most experimentation in the encumberance area, thus the low base stats...but thats what he wanted...

Here's one NS comp suit I made. It was made using 5% Layers and above-base shards though.
Helm: 80% Elec, 73% Base, 2 Sockets, 34873 Cond, HAM 15/0/263
Chest: 80% Elec, 73% Base, 1 Socket, 34624 Cond, HAM 213/32/18
L Bicep: 80% Elec, 73% Base, 2 Sockets, 35057 Cond, HAM 17/0/15

For reference...
Non modified pure encumberance comp I made about 5-6 months ago:
47% Electricity
39% Base
402 / 345 / 411 - Total HAM
I'm guessing current naritus resource would push it up/down a little, but probably not a lot.
