I thought I would wait a few days after CU to let them work out the bugs.

Being a long time RIS crafter, I noticed that the RIS segments no longer use layers.

So how can you change the stats on the RIS?

All your stats will come from your battle cores now. So, layer your battle segments, then build cores from them.

In other words, your RIS will have same stats as any other battle armor you make.
