As my game cards runs out still after my other account has already lapsed and is not being renewed, I am sitting here trying to understand what drugs SOE is on. I figure they are pretty good drugs from looking at the Combat Upgrade. Some people are saying that armor sales are up now - well no &#$@ sherlock. For the 6 armorsmiths left they have to be pretty busy, although still not as busy as pre-CU. As for faction armor, great we get to make it... whoopty doo... at only 300k cost (not sale price)per suit. Does anyone else feel like me - just log in for a few minutes, stare at my factories thinking "It was only a week ago when i was making stun layers, and now armoris hardly better than clothes". Perhaps the resource change is the straw that broke the camels back, or its the level system that is NOT supposed to be in the game (Go back and read the release notes about it youlazy @$$ shortcutting devs), or the fact that I have to run a mining fleet for another year to really get caught up, or maybe its the fact that everyone and their mom is respecing to BH/Commando (Except for us of course, we are useless and get no love), or is it the cheap bait and switch that they pulled on the community. In what world is this game ever going to be better. It's now a sinking ship. Unless the level system is removed I fear the worst. The sad thing is that I want to give SOE more money, but I cant pay for this shotty piece of #^&$ release. Maybe they just don't realize that the real fans are already here and are leaving at a record pace. The fans that will continue to play after episode III. Maybe they just don't care. What a sad day to be a part of SOE. They obviously have no connection with their fanbase, and whether you like the CU or not - SOE is on a downward spiral. They can't treat people like this forever without financial reprecussions.

Man you said it, it hurts to have all your time and effort scrapped. Im far too angry about it to even attempt to start over. Why the hell should I have to start over. I already put the time and effort in, and my toon was able to dedicate his time to crafting and experimenting with different layers, segs, loots ets. I was really looking forward to being able to make some new armors even at lower resists. The lower resists were necesaay, but the complete overhaul of crafting, schematics, resources, how the resists are displayed, amounts of resources, new subcomponents, and basically the destruction of any estblished AS was all uncalled for and very detrimental to the community we have built. Yes we have built the community, soe built the mechanics, they have destroyed the mechanics on which are community stood. It is truly sad, and boggles my mind that they would do this to their customers, does not make any sense for SOE either. Pissed off customers equals bad press and less money. So this would mean that they actually thought we would like this...haha. So this then tells us just how far out of touch they are with their customer base. SOE has a very serious problem with SWG right now, and it is sinking fast. If they act quick they might be able to salvage it. But with 14,000+ sigs on a petition and over 75% of the people i know already hitting the cancel button, it may be too late. It truly is sad, Ive enjoyed this game, the people ive met and the community we have built.

Yeah, I feel the same way. I could make some of the best armor on my server, although in smaller quantities using loot enhancers. I made 90/38 for my friends. I gave out low-ham RIS for Christmas to some very special friends. I got there by hard work, and reinvesting into my business for over 19 months.
Now, I can't even make standard cores and I can only make one layer. All my work nullified. Shrug. Just let me respec into tailor and I'll never look at this board again.
