Can anyone explain how these have changed in the CU?

reg psg's only have energy resistance and a recharge timer


imp psgs are same except have +10 general melee and ranged accuracy

Wow, sounds like it might actually be worth using one.
Does the recharge timer mean it wont decay or is that still like it always was?

THey decay. much slower than before. I've been using the new IMP PSGs for the last few days. And boy do they make a difference. Especialyl in high end combat. (level 66 fighting level 81 in a group with 4 other level 60 ranges)
