Ok this is a rant...

Why in the name of all that is holy are we being punished with these outlandish factory times. Trying to run 240 primus layers. 328 seconds a peice. Thats 960 minutes. 16 hours. 16 hours for just the layers for 1 suit of armor is stupid. Then i have to wait another 5 hours for the segments, then 3 more for the cores.....

BLIXTEV what the hell is the point!!!

Let us actually make armor! Not sit there looking at our factories because everyone asks every 3 minutes " is it done yet?"

I know im making a few more layers then needed but i like having a few extra cores for bad condition experiments.

Cut the complexity to a quarter of what it is now. I think 6 hours per suit of armor is still dumb but its better than 20 some hours.

Thanks for reading

/rant off

Your problem may be hand eye coordination.." - H'bsr

Oh c'mon..that's the new AS content...staring at your factories

Seriously,I do agree that factory times are too high and need a reduction

man that is soooo much better than meaningful experimentation, new nonlooted/bought schematics, or useful armor haha

Also, if you have multiple factories, you get several times the fun. Though, I hear this is unintended, and will be nerfed in the next publish.

So what does it mean if I have 40 factories?

what I found that works, is let the customer know of a probable end time. We are all shot in some form or another. If they are a regualar, they will be forgiving. Another thing that works, least from what I've seen is, have a stash of segs made up and cores, on hand. While you got that on hand, you have the factory creating more. So youend up with a constant; wash (Segs/layers), dry (cores), Fold (Appearance) situation. the Fold cycle I have noted, takes the least amount of thought to do it, and the "craft time by hand" is quite quick.

So hand bombing once you get to appearance might be trade off comepared to doing factory crate armor. It's a matter of getting organized.

I agree though, the Factory times are just, stupid. It's like going to a McDonalds and being told your food will take 20-30 mins (For us cooks out there (ya I cook too), we knowabout bill times) to make. Understandable we are making armor and not burgers, but the same princaple is there.

Good luck toya mate.

According to my imaginary and made up formula, you should have passed out from sheer ecstasy by now. Clearly, you're exploiting the system in some manner.

That's what I used to to...carry an on-hand stock of segments ready to go, while making more in the factories. However, in the old system, I could make much more in terms of units than I could now, given the same amount of time.

I'm just noticing with the tantel and padded I've been making. Once I've finished naming, and doing the color part it's like in the inventory within half min abouts, or less. I'll have to double check. I do know it's not much time. Heck, I could get some crates and cores done, set up my grinding macro I had, and Assembly line in minamal time. only experimentation on the appearance run is the condition, and I've just been putting in exp into it carelessly (nothin else I can do, it's only one line).
