Thread: What to grind up armorsmith with now.

Hey everyone I know that armorsmith was hit hard and people are leaving it for other profession if they every allow crafting to be respec'ed. I was grind up armorsmith with one of my toons and now the thing was told to grind up it with is no longer able to be made. I was told in the past to grind up personal 3 with AUK and then ubese armor shirts to finish out the profession. Well does anyone know what an novice armorsmith can grind other then the AUK's that is going to get him good xp so I can try to get someplace with it during the double XP week.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but "double XP week" only applies to COMBAT, not crafting.

well im doing recon plates until i get to ubese shirts.. but im not sure how bad they nerfed them.. i was a master as and dropped it about a week before cu (dont ask me why... i would have loved this new system...) now im grinding with 40 cpu lokian leather on corbantis because i have no other leather around and since the cu.. as a master swordman i run scared from gnorts...

My bad on the XP being doubled I was told that it was for everyone but the jerks at SOE have forgotten the people making stuffin the game. So instead of going up personal to level 3 and grind on the ubese armor shirts is so far the best way to go. Thanks for the advise

Hrmm ... where is the post that tells you how to grind the profession and with exactly how many units of everything that you need?

sorry, didn't mean to be rude. though was the first thing that came to mindwhen I saw the topic.
I'd assume doing the 1.x.x.x teir would be the best approach still. think mabari chest plates and ubese shirts can still do the trick, or instead of that, do armor upgrade kits. that's providing the old way is still semi proffescent in this case.
other option would be to see what exp you get off segs and cores.
went at this in another thread, forget what the answer was.
