Hello,

What kind of items do you usually buy from other players? I saw quite a few "sell your loot here" vendors and have a truckload of BH armor schematics, cores, shards, etc., etc. (mostly from NPC Bounty Hunting missions) and would was wondering if there was a better use for them then just taking space

Unfortunately geo loot has become fairly pointless since CU, imo... Sure it can still be used to craft melee stuff... but the Geo blaster and the DXR-6 rifle are both useless now, and you'll be hard pressed finding anybody using them at all. Sad really.. besides which, most of the melee stuff isn't that useful anymore either. Since acklay bone is rare and not as good as it used to be, I don't hardly even see a point in the cave anymore.

It is sad that the Geo cave did not get addressed with the CU.The cave isdifficult, but the weapons loot now goes into lower level weapons that are unwanted. Spider Fangs offer damage enhancements to feed mechanisms and are often welcomed. The red geo cubes and high damage solidifying agents are used to make power hammers (other meleegoods)with less SAC. Sadly, there are better melee weapons to be lootedin Wookie World.

Bounty Hunter marks are dropping a lot of desired loot folks want to buy. As far as weaponsmiths go, the Power cell and Reinforcement casings are extremely sought after and fetch premium prices....especially those with high damage of 180+. The scopes are nice as well, but do not command anything like cells and casings.

There are other enhancements that will add some to damage and speed which are welcomed loots, such as Gorax Bone Shards, Krayt Tissues, High Frequency Vibro Motors, Fine Tuned Vibro Motors, Large/High Energy Capacitors, High Powered Energy Capacitors, Balanced Feed Mechanisms, and High Velocity Feed Mechanisms, etc.

Find a weaponsmith you would like to keep in contact with. I never have problems answering questions from regular loot hounds or customers I do business with.

It depends on the armorsmith. But you can probably find a buyer for most of the stuff that you have. Personally, I only buy health enhancers from players and leave it up to the person wanting the armor to bring me the BH schems and any Peko-peko feathers they want put in the armor. Many smith's will buy all those though. As far as cores, you will have alot more difficult time selling those, but some newer AS don't have the best resources yet and might buy them on the cheap. I'm always willing to take them if people give them to me for free, as I can use them for decoration, or cheap guild grind armor (alot of people just want to be rid of them!)

There are a bunch of uses for looted items depending on the item )

Such things as geocubes are used for making Melee Weapons by Weaponsmiths, Krayt Tissues are used for Ranged Weapons and some of the BH loot is used for slicing.

If you are on infinity just give me a tell or a Mail ingame and make you an offer if you have some things I need

Yes contact a local(one on your server) weaponsmith and see what is useful. If it has damage/speed mods on it then mostly likely you can use it in a weapon. Power Cells and reinforcement casingslooted off of bounty hunters are very highly sought after at the moment.

As Levi says it depends. I like doing trades for armor, particularly interested in health enhancer and ris loot.

Same here.

I only buy RIS stuff nowadays.

I have hundreds of BH schematics that customers had left over and simply gave to me in return for a discount. I alsoused to do a "bring me any 2 BH schematic andgetwhateverpieceyou want made for free (except for boots and gloves)" campaign and there were MANY MANY people that took my offer.
