Thread: Some help for a new grinding armorsmith

From memory because this keeps getting asked:
40 steel, 50 iron, 10 fiberplast

Anyways.
I understand the best way to grind is to make mabrari chestplates till 3000 AS, then make ubease shirts the rest of the way.
Im almost done the first box (1000) and Im wondering what resources are used to make ubease shirts. And how much of each.
If anyone could just load up there AS and check for me that would be great. Thanks
