It's a quest given by an NPC in the med center of the Imp Outpost on Dant. You have to be Imp to do it. Very easy but the first mission is kind of a pain if you have negative thug faction. The contact attacks you when you're supposed to just talk to him. I think there's more info on the quest in the game guides forum.
