I tried to repair a PSG today with a 99.9% Func tool, and with a "marginal repair" the condition went to -1400ish. Lately they have been going to 1/1 condition.
Thinking it was PSG specific, I repaired a set of padded pants with the same marginal repair that were already broken to 0/XXXXX and they went to -4100ish and remained red (as in broken)
The PSG retains its energy rating, but is the broken colour, and recharges. The padded shows its broken although you can see the protections ratings.
I'm trying to be vague..I dont think I'm winning though.

heh..but since when have they gone to -XX/XXXX instead of 1/1? I know they *used* to do that, but I havent seen that for ages.
Makes me think someone has been fiddling with the way repairs work.
