I am a new MA. I am wanting to make capped assault composite unlayered sets. I am doing my first run of cores. What is the cap? I am at 828. Is that good?

You're gonna want to hit 950 about before you can cap the assault armor i think.
Don't worry too much about trying to cap it. Just make the armor the best you can with what you have, and then price it accordingly. You'll still make money.

I was able to cap with 908 segments but only with really stellar core resources. I still had to use a resource kit for Dath fiberplast (1000 OQ 997 SR) to do it.

Well my noobness shows!!
I meant I am making my first segment run. With the resources I can get on vendors the best I can do so far is 858. I can not seem to get any higher. Is 858 decent at least?
This is without an amazing expermintation success also.
