The bonus in each segment in a core (usually three) will stack. Three +15s will give a core a +45 bonus.
The bonus the segments give the core will not stack in pieces that used multiple cores. The single +45 core used in a bracer gives a +45 bonus. The three to seven +45 cores that would have to be used in a chest plate only confer a +45 bonus.

There is a slot in the crafting process to add an additional health enhancer during the core crafting stage. This would stack on top of segment bonuses, but there are no core enhancers in the game yet.

The feather enhancer is used in the last stage of crafting and stacks on top of the segment bonuses. Adding a +10 feather to a piece made with +45 cores will let you hit the +50 per piece cap.

The AS that I spoke to meant, that if I have the cores for (lets say a chest) an armor piece with a health bonus of totalling +45 for the armor, that those coreswon't stack with the feather appearance shematic. Has anyone tried that out lately? Do the health bonus of the cores really stack with the health bonus of the feather enhancer to maximum total of 50? I think I will try it out before I will build the mandalorian armor parts. I Don't want to mess up those armor parts

Did it last night. Had the core at +30 and added a +20 feathered appearence and got +50. I don't know what that guy is telling you. The only thing is that, like stated above, if you are already at +45, you will only be able to gain another +5 and waste the other +15 or so on the feather. But they do stack.

oki seems that the bug has ben fixed

some time ago (maybe 5 weeks or so) i tried out to craft some +50 battle cores (prae curb ns shards with +20 used). and put a featherned enhancer in the final assembly ontop. result was that only the featherened enhacer sticked and kinda overworte the seg bonus.
