Been wondering...from my NS hunting days (pre-cu) I looted a bunch of NS armor shards...which converted into +15/+20 Health Bonus Battle Armor layers...are these rare, expensive now?
Also, my voritor hides or something like that turned into battle armor layers with 640 on all stats..are these good or crappy?

The +20 NS layers go into battle and are very valuable. The post CU equivalent of these are called NS Fragments.
The +15s you have are most likely NS shards and go into recon, not battle. These are valuable as well.
Your voritor loots are garbage.Two out of three ain't bad 
The NS shards and layers/fragments are prized when in matching sets of 4 or more. Very large matching sets of 11-13 are especially valuable.
Check your galaxy trade forum for specific pricing information

so are +15s/+20s stilldropping from NS now cause ive just been hearing about +7s-10s...but those might have been from krayts or something..

They drop, but usually with lower bonuses. All pre Cu loot converted to the best possible, soit is as if you looted all of your old shards/layers from an elder in the current system. Loot now drops with quality proportional to the mob's CL.

It took them about two weeks to convert all of the layers, and I destroyed all of mine before they did it lol...
