Thread: Advice for novice BH

Hi all, I'm a novice CL 30 BH looking for some good armor to eventually hunt jedi in. It seems that high energy resist is a must from what I have researched as well as having a smuggler slice it for armor break. I'm on Kettemoore and would like to know what's the best armor for this and how much a should be looking to pay. Thanks for any help you could give.

You have to be master BH to pull jedi missions, till then figure your templet out and THEN get your armor

if it's a choice between Assault armor and Battle armor.. get Primus or Energy layered Battle armor ( I am making a RIS suit for my BH)
If it's a choice between Assault armor and Recon armor.. get Primus or Energy layered Recon armor ( even higher energy cap than Battle armor) I recommend Primus cuz it brings up your kinetic as well as energy resistances cuz while Saber damage is Energy their othere poweres except for Force Lightning are kinetic.
But the previous poster is correct. Finish your template.. THEN worry about your Jedi hunter armor.

Assault armor is not much good vs. Jedi Great for PVE like Krayts etc.. but not so great vs. NPCs or any other energy inflcting damager. SOEis a bunch of jokers.
