we are in need of an armorsmith to craft mandalorian. It is an exciting adventure and will be a great time and a one time experiance.

You'd better have all the components first, otherwise an armorsmith can't even get in the room, and it would be a complete waste of time for him/her.

My humble suggestion is to go down 2-3 times to get all the components first, then get your crafters together for a final trip to make the armor.
Much easier and less chance of wasting your crafters time.
