okay i have a full suit of RIS from pre-cu...........well needless to say the conversion screwed me over on that.........i still have the option to dismantle it......my question is if i was to dismantle it......or have an AS do it.......does that just give u the parts to remake it back? as in would they basically just remake my ris from same items or will i have to pay for it like if i was to have them just make me a new set......

thanks for any replys!

Each piece dismantled will yield a RIS segment, thus eliminating the AS's need for all the RIS segment components and therefore greatly reducing the remake price. You'll still have to pay the smith for whatever cores you want them to use to make the suit though, eg quad-primus/energy and/or health enhancements.

A reasonable smith won't charge you more than they do for a custom order of layered battle armor, eg padded, but you may find as soon as you say "RIS" the price will jump minimum 200%
