Ive been thinking about gettin a set of RIS with +350 health recently whcih i hope to put all my SEA's in and ADK. However, upon examing 2 sets of RIS in vendors I have noticed that the suits had very few sockets. Is this something I should expect from my uber set?Can the AS make me more (like the standard amount of sockets)?

No there is nothing the AS can do to gaurentee you enough sockets. It's random, even with 4404 FS crafting, +25 assembly and expermintation, in a research center, eating the foods and drinking the drinks I need Still don't get 4 sockets on items. So it's a crap shoot as far as that goes.

Was making my uber personal armour yesterday...first RIS chest had 2 sockets, so had to make another which luckily had 4. First helmet only had 3 sockets so now ive gotta run off more health enhance stuff, and ill run out of RIS Segments very soon.

Never ever talk about the number of sockets you want. A customer did this last night on a suit of RIS. I told him he'd jinxed himself, and sure enough, only one peice came out with four sockets.

I made two +350 suits a week or so ago and I got 20 and 18 sockets on the suits respectively. I'm under the impression that boots and gloves no longer give sockets, is that a know fact now? I don't keep up since I uninstalled the game.

No sockets in boots or gloves anymore. Boots and gloves with Pre CU sockets still work and take AAs.

heheh yep, sure the Jinx factor was implemented around pub 9. Its totally random, and it wont help sticking the finger in the floppy or huggin the screen, try, try and try again untill the randomizer smiles your way.

Made some more yesterday...im determined to get a full suit of 4 sockets....first helmet for 3 , 2nd got 4 
then the leggings got 3.
, 2nd got 4 then the leggings got 3.

I had a RIS set made last night, minus the boots and gloves (I have clothes with 4 sockets for CAs for that). I already had a helmet with 4 sockets, but the other 6 peices, 4 had 4 sockets, 1 had 3 and 1 had 1....I was extremely happy. Also it was like 5800ish in all resists and 117k condition, good stuff

Umm, 5800 isn't really that good, since a skilled smith can reach the 6000 cap fairly easily.

Its nice to be able to make your own RISset with+350 health and use it for grinding, lol
You can allways use gloves, boots and undershirt with CAs and ADK those, and if you go jedi there still useable.
