Thread: Bounty Hunter Armor: Many questions

1) Where do the schematics come from?
2) What are the best stats that can be produced for this set of armor?
3) can it be engineered to protect against Jedi ...i.e. better energy protection?
I am no armorsmith btw as you can probably tell, but I amthinking about what a suit of this would be worth to me.

to be honest man its not worth hunting jedi in bh armor...
assault armor is geared towards kinetic.... the highest you can get assault in energy is 6200 i got mine up to 6100 only because people are still dumb enough to buy it...
but in all honesty you want good jedi hunting armor... recon is the best... battle being the second...
recon gets up to 8100 energy... and battle gets up to 7100 on my suits...
if you are a rifleman go with a recon suit to hunt jedi... if you are a carbineer, cm or doc... go battle....
assault looks cool but it is not exactly designed to withstand energy that much...

jedi can do kinetic, people forget that, and 6100 energy and 8100 energy resists aren't really increadably different (diminishing returns).
there are still jedi out there that whip out kinetic rifles and pistols, while the 8100 energy recon armor is best the majority of the time, it may not be the best all around jedi hunting armor. I ahve noticed a trent toward primus layered recon, it doesn't leave kinetic so low as a max energy suit
