As far as highest energy resistantBATTLE armor....is RIS the best?

No, the resists are the same for all battle armors. The only advantage RIS has is higher condition, a better helmet, and social status!

Faction has the same condition...round about. Can be less hassle to get as well.

ris is cool... but due to SOE's commie ways everybody will soon have everything cause we have to be kind to the noobs and not scare them away with a game marginally more challenging than watching teletubbies.
