Hope you guys can help. When i am browsing the Bazaar there are hinderance numbers, BASE and YOURS. These numbers are always the same. Shouldnt my(YOURS) number be lower if I have 30% mitigation for that armor type or is that something I have to figure out myself? I dont want to buy Armor if its going to hinder me 40%.

Stats doesn't calculate until u equip the item. Same with weapons.
